Downloading the software

Download our software from this website only, as this is the only source we maintain. Other sources may be out of date or contain viruses.

From the Store (home) page, click on the “More details” link of the software you are interested in. Click the “Download” button to download the software.

Mac users: unzip the file and copy it to your Applications folder.
Windows users: Run the downloaded installer.

If you need help using the software please read the enclosed documentation/help which came with the software, and then contact us if you are unable to resolve the problem. The documentation can be found from selecting "Help" in the application (usually from the "Help" main menu or on a toolbar).

Our trial software works for 14 days . After this period you will need to buy a license from us (see below). Some trial software may also have specific features disabled and nag screens.

We do not supply physical disks (CD/DVD), only 'digital' downloads (that is, you download the software from this website).

Buying software

Only buy the software once you have fully evaluated it and are happy with it. You will need internet access and an email address to which we can send your license. Ensure your email client (software) does not classify our email (or its content) as spam (check your junk mail/deleted folders).

On the product page (ensure you are on correct platform page: Mac or Windows) and click on the “Buy Now” button next to the software you are interested in. Your browser must have JavaScript enabled. All our online orders are process by PayPal. Please visit their site for their policies.

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive notification from PayPal. We should email your license code to you within 24 hours. We are in the United Kingdom. If we receive an order between 9am and 6pm GMT we respond within a few hours. Orders are processed manually. Please be patient if we receive your order outside of our working hours, we usually cannot deal with it until the time mentioned above. Sometimes this may be the following day. If you change your email address please ensure you inform us by email.

The license will be temporary to help protect us against fraudulent payments. If all goes well and we are not subjected to a charge back we simply send you the permanent license before your temporary one expires.

Please keep your downloaded software, license and all emails backed up to a safe place.

Once you buy our software, and providing your payment was valid (for example not fraudulent or refunded) your license lasts the lifetime of the product. You are entitled to any future versions of it for free. We do not charge for upgrades (yearly or otherwise) and this is reflected in our pricing.

Only purchase from the links on this site - no one else is authorised to sell our software.

My license code no longer works!

Sometimes we change the way the software licensing detection works in order to combat software piracy. This means that occasionally your original license code may not work. Providing you are a valid customer (not refunded, not using pirated version of software) you may contact us with your original license details and order number (transaction ID) and we will issue a new license.
